Hey Denverites, If you happen to be near the Flagship REI store between 10 and 2pm today, look for the Bike Depot booth, strategically located between the main entrance and that spot where you have to walk to get from the bike path to Starbucks. Yep, we're crafty that way.

The Bike Depot is the place in Denver to do it yourself!  Take a class, donate an old bike or parts, bring your bike in during Fix-Your-Bike hours and have full access to a real live bike shop to make your own repairs and improvements.  Been wanting to build up your dream bike?  The Depot is the place!  Used parts galore and access to every hot new line of goods you can imagine!

Best part of it all, your contribution to the Depot (bikes, money, membership, volunteer time, spirit) all goes to support access to bikes, bike education and healthy living alternatives for those less fortunate.  The Depot distributes hundreds of bikes each year, with education on how to maintain the bike and ride safely, to people of all ages who otherwise wouldn't have access to a bike.

In other news, the Swoopy Mixte is on the Mixte Gallery today!  Go check it out....

  1. Thanks for putting out the word on the Depot. You guys do great work. I'm sorry that I won't be in the vicinity of REI today, but I hope you get a lot of traffic.

Congrats on the mixte feature. That is indeed a very cool bike.
